The Madura Collection is born from our love for the art of batik. This year, we sourced batik directly from Indonesia. Our design team collaborated with the Indonesian Batik craftsmen, carefully choosing motifs and colours for this capsule collection. Created from 100% viscose, the batik fabrics are dyed in small batches, making each piece unique and special. Explore the beautiful drape and pretty textures this festive season. Special Remark:

Due to the handmade nature of the fabric, differences in colour, print and handfeel are to be expected and are not considered defects. These differences add to the beautiful handmade nature of this Indonesian batik.

Care Instructions:

In order to prolong the life of this delicate piece of textile, here are some practices to follow:

Washing:

It is recommended to wash the batik before wearing them for the first time.
Batik fabric may bleed when in contact with water. To reduce the bleeding, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes before washing and add a cup of vinegar to the soaking water to help preserve the colors.
Wash batik separately or with similar colours only.
Hand wash gently in cold or lukewarm water.
Use mild detergent.
Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or brighteners.
Avoid heavy wringing or twisting to squeeze out water. Doing so may deform the fabric.

Drying:

Do not tumble dry
Hang dry inside-out under shade to maintain the colour richness
Avoid direct sunlight as colour fading may occur

Ironing:

Iron or steam at low heat.
Best to coat the batik with a piece of cloth on top when ironing to prevent excessive heat from ruining the fabric.

Storage tips:

Exposure to natural light over time will cause discolouration, so it is best to keep your storage area as dark as possible.
Batik fabric tends to wrinkle easily, please make sure to fold your batik gently or hang in an uncrowded closet to minimize crease.
Avoid direct spraying of perfume on the batik cloth as fragrance contains alcohol which can damage the colour of batik or even leaves stains that are difficult to remove.

Buyers are advised to iron all items at low to medium heat. Items that are of chiffon, silk or satin material to be steam ironed or ironed with a piece of cloth between iron and item of clothing.

Q1: What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item purchase, you may return your purchase to us.

All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store credit only. Returns must be posted within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM (printed behind invoice posted).

Q2: I have lost my return form. Can I still return the item?

YES! From your Order History page, you are able to download the Return Form and print it. Click My Account (top right hand corner), you will see Order History, click it. Here, you will see your order list. Choose the order number of the item you wish to return. Then click "Download Return Form". Kindly re-print and fill the Return Form accordingly.

Q3: What should I do when I received a defect item/wrong item/missing item?

Q1: What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?

We provide FREE Ninjavan shipping on all orders within Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak. Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.

Q2: How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

We post all orders made before 1PM, Monday - Friday on the same day via Ninjavan. Ninjavan is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Mondays - Saturdays excluding local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 1PM will only be shipped on Monday. If customers do not receive their order within 3 working days, please contact our customer service department to track your order.

All Malaysia orders enjoy FREE Express shipping. No minimum spend required.

Singapore orders using SF Express Courier Service. Transit time is 2 - 4 business days.

DHL, Aramex and FedEx is an Express Mail Service that requires either 2 – 4 business days or for some remote area 5 - 7 business days for transit time between airports.
