1. SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE (BASED IN KLOFFICE)

About the Role

Poplook is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to support and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, CRM, content and retail channels. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on—comfortable juggling campaign planning, ad optimisation, copywriting, and liaising with malls for store marketing. You’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for bringing Poplook’s brand and products to life, both online and offline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Planning & Brand Direction
  • Develop Poplook’s overall marketing strategy, aligning with seasonal launches, commercial objectives, and customer insights.
  • Coordinate the different areas within the marketing team in executing all campaigns.
  • Craft brand narratives and campaign ideas that resonate across digital and retail channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across online, print, and in-store touchpoints.
 
2. Digital & Performance Marketing
  • Oversee all paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Criteo, and Pinterest with a focus on performance, acquisition, and ROAS.
  • Coordinate with the graphic designer and digital team to develop, launch, and optimise paid ads across platforms.
  • Analyse campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics, generate performance reports, and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and allocate budgets across platforms based on campaign goals and performance.
 
3. CRM, Email & Customer Journey
  • Craft and schedule daily emails, working closely with the graphic designer to ensure compelling visuals and messaging.
  • Manage customer segmentation and campaign flows using an in-house CRM/email platform.
  • Oversee lifecycle campaigns and newsletters to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyse key KPIs including open rates, click-through rates, and customer retention metrics.
 
4. Website Marketing
  • Develop weekly website content strategy by writing on-brand copy for new arrivals, including collection themes, headlines, and product highlights.
  • Plan homepage and banner placements based on campaign priorities and product pushes.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate banner placement across the homepage, category pages, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to maintain visual consistency and timely updates.
  • Lead homepage restructuring and content planning for major campaigns to support storytelling and sales objectives.

5. Retail & Store Marketing
    • Liaise with mall marketing teams to coordinate promotions, joint campaigns, and store events.
    • Plan and execute retail marketing assets including hoarding visuals, window stickers, in-store POS, and seasonal displays.
    • Support new store launches, store events, and community-based retail activations.
    • Ensure seamless integration between online campaigns and offline promotions for a unified customer experience.
 
6. Platform & Partner Collaboration
    • Work with external partners such as Shopee, TikTok, Zalora, and Atome to plan and execute platform-specific campaigns and promotions.
    • Coordinate timelines, creatives, and mechanics in line with each partner’s promotional calendar and branding guidelines.
    • Create proposal decks for potential marketing partners—including brands and artists—to explore co-branded campaigns, product collaborations, and special projects.
 
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with operations, creative, tech, and retail teams to ensure timely and aligned campaign execution.
    • Coordinate with external stakeholders including mall partners, platform partners, and payment providers for campaign rollouts and marketing initiatives. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4–6 years experience in marketing, preferably in fashion or retail.
  • Strong background in digital strategy, paid ads, CRM, and campaign management.
  • Experience liaising with external partners such as malls and managing store marketing needs.
  • Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills.
  • Comfortable working with analytics tools and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Able to manage multiple timelines and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about fashion, retail, and building community-driven campaigns.
 
  
2. GRAPHIC MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER (BASED IN KL OFFICE)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conceptualize creative ideas and design to enhance the functionality of the company’s marketing efforts and marketing collateral for print and online advertisements, posters, website, social media, web banners and buntings.
  • Create exciting advertising collaterals using images, text, and motion.
  • Create marketing material in required arrangement, size and aesthetic concept.
  • Perform image corrections, retouching, cropping and resizing
  • Create videos for advertising purposes using collateral using stills/videos taken by the creative team.
  • Ensure all tasks are delivered on a timely, punctual basis.
  • Responsible for staying up to date on the latest industry creative trends and design tools.
  • To present finalized ideas and concepts to management.
  • Work with the Marketing team to understand company brand and marketing initiatives and execute assigned design projects from concept through completion.
  • Assist in designing and developing print patterns for fabric, apparel, and consumer products.
  • Ensure compliance standards and meticulous checking to producing accurate, high-quality work within deadlines.
 
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Have experience in video editing
  • Preferably have experience in motion graphics and animation
  • Preferably have experience in print/textile design, ideally for fashion products.
  • Understanding of repeat patterns, color separations, and fabric types.
  • Preferably have experience/interest in basic illustration
  • Good spoken and written English and Malay.
  • Proactive and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Creative, passionate, positive, persistent, meticulous and highly motivated.
  • Pleasant personality and able to interact with people of all levels.

This job is a Social Media Live Host. You'll host live streams on various platforms, engage with viewers, promote products, track performance, and stay updated with trends. You might like this job because it allows you to interact with an audience, be creative, and contribute to a brand's online presence.

LIVESTREAM HOST RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Host live streams: Go live on TikTok regularly to engage with the audience in real time. Create a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere to encourage participation and interaction.
  • Plan and organize live events: Develop ideas for live events such as Q&A sessions, challenges, tutorials, performances, and collaborations.
  • Engage with viewers: Interact with viewers by responding to comments, answering questions, and addressing their concerns during the live broadcasts.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive environment that encourages active participation.
  • Comfortable & passionate about conducting live hosting
  • Uphold community guidelines: Adhere to TikTok's community guidelines and policies while hosting live streams. Promote a safe and respectful environment for viewers and discourage any inappropriate behaviour.
  • Responsible for cooperating with the Marketing team on promotional activities other 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
 
LIVESTREAM MODERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • In charge of day-to-day live streaming activities. This involves creating strategies for live marketing, planning live scripts, planning/executing content and leading the team to execute live plans.
  • To research and be familiar with product knowledge prior to the live stream.
  • Consistently analyze data metrics after each session and improve product selection and promotional strategies in the back-end to boost live sales.
  • Conduct regular analysis and summarization, scrutinize background data indicators, make real-time adjustments to the livestream session, optimize the effectiveness of livestream session, propose solutions and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support the live host in preparing the materials before the livestream session.
  • Stay informed on emerging content trends, challenges and features to keep the content fresh and relevant.
  • To manage the end-to-end livestream production process, ensuring top-notch quality from filming to editing, sound design, and visual effects
  • To perform as Livestream Host when required to promote products and attend to customers' queries.
 
REQUIREMENTS: 

  •  Candidates are required to possess excellent communication skills, good public speaking skills and good product presentation skills.
  •  Candidates must be presentable, cheerful and attractive personality, and be comfortable to talk in front of the camera, not a camera shy.
  •  Familiar with live streaming technology, proficient in using live streaming equipment and operations, able to quickly process and solve technical issues.
  •  Have an in-depth understanding of the live streaming process and program content, able to plan and adjust according to the needs of the host and audience.
  •  Equipped with on-site scheduling and contingency response capabilities, able to respond promptly to unexpected situations and take effective measures.
  •  Candidates must possess good discipline and teamwork spirit, willing to learn, positive attitude and able to work under pressure.
  •  Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays based on promotional needs and live broadcast schedules.
  • Candidates with livestream host experience are preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good follow up and communication skills, strong leadership skills, aggressive and target oriented, independent and able to work with minimum supervision and good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to commit shift retail hours and work on weekend or public holiday.
